The Fact-Find is web-based but we do find it's most effective in the presence of the customer.
Technical Fact-Find
Once the Fact-Find has been completed we then carry out the Technical Fact-Find. This process really consists of our Project Management Team putting the meat on the bones of the customer Fact-Find and when complete will enable our development team to get a full understanding of the customer's requirements.
Centralised Tracking and Quotation System
Our feature rich proprietary system offers you full control over your software and web development business. Using the system you can add potential customers’ details; you can collect Fact-Finds and you can outline quotations in tandem with our Project Management Team.
You can check any aspect of any quotation or project and you can track your projects to see where they are at any point. The beauty of the system is that you can also offer your customers access so they can track the progress of their individual project.
